White terrorist mercenaries continue killing Iraqis

Would white people tolerate a foreign and unjust occupation of their respecitive countries?

WASHINGTON (AFP) — US and Iraq investigations into powerful private security group Blackwater USA are multiplying as more questions are raised about the firm’s actions in a Baghdad shooting that left at least 10 Iraqis dead.

On Friday the US Department of State announced it was sending a team to Iraq led by a senior official to evaluate security measures for US diplomats who have relied on Blackwater and other private security firms for protection in the violence-ridden country.

“My instructions to the panel are simple: their review should be serious, probing and comprehensive,” Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said in a statement about the review.

“Once they have established the baseline facts, I look forward to hearing their recommendations on how to protect our people while furthering our foreign policy objectives.”

Secretary of Defense Robert Gates also sent off a five-man team to Iraq to investigate relations between US forces and private security contractors, who are often heavily armed with armored vehicles and helicopters.

And in Iraq, a joint US-Iraqi commission to study the security firms was preparing to meet, according to the US embassy in Baghdad.

The enquiries have been sparked by the September 16 shoot-out in which at least 10 Iraqi civilians were killed and 13 wounded by Blackwater guards protecting a State Department official.

Nearly two weeks later, the circumstances of the bloody shoot-out remain blurred, with Iraqis angry and indignant and the country’s prime minister having demanded Blackwater’s expulsion.

Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki initially said Washington should immediately replace Blackwater but later backed down and agreed to await the outcome of investigations.

Furious over the killings, the Iraqi government has threatened to try the Blackwater guards under Iraqi law and is preparing legislation to bring supervision of private contractors under its control.

Blackwater, which has some 1,000 people working in Iraq under reportedly 109 million dollars in security contracts with the State Department, insists that its employees only fired after they were fired upon and threatened by a suspicious vehicle.

According to the US television network ABC, Blackwater employees testified in initial investigations that their convoy, which was speeding back to Baghdad’s Green Zone near midday after a car bomb went off near where they had been guarding the diplomat in a meeting, were threatened by a white car bearing down on them in Baghdad’s busy Nisoor Square.

According to ABC, when the vehicle would not heed signals to halt, the Blackwater team opened fire until it was disabled.

According to the New York Times, citing a US official close to the investigation, the shooting continued even as one Blackwater employee ordered the others to stop firing.

Iraqi witnesses paint a different picture, however, claiming that the Blackwater teams opened fire without provocation.

The Washington Post reported Saturday that five eyewitnesses to the shooting had testified that Blackwater guards fired without provocation, forcing civilians and Iraqi police to run for cover, and that the Iraqi officers did not return fire.

Blackwater’s case suffered somewhat more this week with the release of a US Congressional report on the horrific murder of four of its staff in Fallujah on March 31, 2004, an act which sparked a brutal US military assault on the city.

A Congressional committee said that Blackwater had sent the men into the extremely dangerous district on a security mission without proper support or equipment. They were caught by Iraqi attackers and killed, and their charred bodies were later suspended from a bridge.

The report accused the company of having ignored warnings that the mission was too dangerous and of cutting the size of the team to save money.

“These actions raise serious questions about the consequences of engaging private, for-profit entities to engage in essentially military operations in a war zone,” the report said.

This could explain why Iraqis did this to blackwater contractors.

All all-time low for White pedophilia

Why is it that white societies continue to produce such sick and depraved creatures? Is this “freedom” they boast off? To participate and make videos of child rape? Is there nothing sacred to them?

A young girl who was seen being sexually assaulted in a homemade videotape was found Friday and is safe with relatives and sheriff’s officials, authorities said.

“She looks like a very happy 7-year-old girl,” Nye County sheriff’s Detective David Boruchowitz said at a news conference late Friday. She was 3 when the tape was made, he said.

Chester Arthur Stiles, who was previously being sought for questioning, is now considered a suspect but remains at large, Nye County Sheriff Tony DeMeo said. Stiles has tenuous ties to the family through friends, Boruchowitz said.

Widespread media accounts of the case led someone to call the girl’s mother, who contacted police, authorities said.

“Somebody contacted her and said, ‘Hey your daughter’s on TV,’” Boruchowitz said. “She recognized her daughter.”

Authorities said the videotape was made at a Las Vegas residence that did not belong to the girl’s family, though her mother recognized furniture seen in still images of the tape. She also recognized Stiles in a photo released by police.

“The mother was not aware of anything that went on with this young girl,” DeMeo said.

Earlier in the day, authorities gave to the media a first name for the girl, whose haunting face could be seen in the video in which she was raped and sexually assaulted. They released information they would not normally release in such crimes, such as a photograph of the girl, in hopes of getting tips from the public, DeMeo said.

“We sat down … and said, ‘You know what? We have nothing else,’” he said.

The Associated Press is no longer identifying or releasing photos of the girl because she is a suspected victim of sexual abuse. It did so earlier in the interest of her safe recovery.

Stiles, 37, whose last known address was Las Vegas, is wanted on an unrelated state warrant on a charge of lewdness with a minor younger than 14 and a federal charge of being a fugitive, DeMeo said.

Investigators determined that the video of the attack was recorded on a tape that also included an 11-year-old girl recorded through a window of a Pahrump home, DeMeo said.

Officials identified that girl, now 13, after releasing photos taken from the video and matched to records of a “peeping Tom” report at her home. No one was found outside the girl’s home when deputies arrived, and the girl wasn’t assaulted, authorities said.

A 26-year-old Pahrump man, Darren Tuck, surrendered the tape to Nye County sheriff’s investigators Sept. 8 and told investigators he found it in the desert five months earlier, Boruchowitz said.

Police are looking for Tuck, who will be incarcerated on a probation violation, DeMeo said.

Tuck was arrested on suspicion of promoting child pornography and possession of child pornography, both felonies, and released without bail pending an appearance Nov. 26 in Pahrump Justice Court. The top charge carries a possible sentence of up to life in prison.

Tuck’s lawyer Harry Kuehn called it “irresponsible” for authorities to say it had been five months since Tuck found the tape, but he declined to say when it was discovered.

Kuehn also stressed that the Nye County district attorney had not filed formal charges against his client. He said the tape was found wrapped in a plastic shopping bag and hidden beneath a fallen sign used as a launch pad for jumps and tricks by dirt cyclists.

Another lawyer for Tuck, Thomas Gibson, has characterized his client as an innocent middleman who should be credited for giving the tape to authorities.

White man urinates on dying, handicapped woman

Is it time now for the British to bring back the death penalty?

The 27-year-old shouted “this is YouTube material” as he degraded Christine Lakinski, 50, who had fallen ill, magistrates heard.

Miss Lakinski, who suffered a number of medical conditions, died from natural causes, an inquest found.

Anthony Anderson, of Raby Road, who admitted outraging public decency, will be sentenced at Teesside Crown Court.

Hartlepool magistrates heard how, on 27 July, Miss Lakinski was making her way home with a box of laminate flooring when she fell ill and stumbled into a doorway.

Anderson had smoked a cannabis joint and been drinking when he and two friends spotted her.

He tried to rouse her by throwing a bucket of water over her, before urinating on her and covering her with shaving foam. The incident was filmed on a mobile phone.

She was later declared dead at the scene, the cause of death being given as pancreatic failure.

Lynne Dalton, prosecuting, said: “Although his actions did not contribute to her death it was appalling behaviour that robbed her of any dignity in the last hours of her life.”

She urged magistrates to transfer the case to crown court for sentencing, claiming their maximum powers were insufficient.

Anderson’s solicitor did not oppose the application and his client will be sentenced at Teesside Crown Court on 22 October.

After Wednesday’s hearing, Miss Lakinski’s brother, Mark, said: “We will await the outcome and just hope he gets what he deserves.”

White family values : 6 Arrested in Weeklong Attack on Woman

Why do white people do things like this? Is it their culture, or are they so far removed from the human race that they simply don’t care?

6-suspects.jpg

A woman was sexually abused, beaten and humiliated while being held captive in a home for at least a week, sheriff’s officials said Monday after making six arrests.

Those arrested, including a mother and son and a mother and daughter, are white. The victim, a Charleston woman who was being treated at a hospital Monday, is black. The FBI plans to investigate it as a possible hate crime.

“The things that were done to this woman are just indescribable,” Logan County sheriff’s Sgt. Sonya Porter said.

Deputies found the 23-year-old victim Saturday after going to the home in Big Creek, about 35 miles southwest of Charleston, to investigate an anonymous tip. One of the suspects, Frankie Brewster, was sitting on the front porch and told deputies she was alone, but moments later the victim limped toward the door, her arms outstretched, saying, “Help me,” the sheriff’s department said in a news release.

Besides being sexually assaulted, the victim had been stabbed four times in the left leg and beaten, Porter said. Both of her eyes were black and blue. The woman’s wounds were inflicted at least a week ago, deputies said.

During her capture, the victim was forced to eat rat and dog feces and drink from the toilet, according to the criminal complaint filed in magistrate court. The woman also had been choked with a cable cord and her hair cut, it alleges.

One of those arrested, Karen Burton, is accused of cutting the woman’s ankle with a knife. She used the N-word in telling the woman she was victimized because she is black, according to the criminal complaint.

Deputies say the woman was also doused with hot water while being sexually assaulted. The Associated Press generally does not identify suspected victims of sexual assault.

The sheriff’s department requested the FBI’s participation, said agent Jay Bartholomew.

The six suspects were arrested Saturday and Sunday. Deputies were still trying to determine whether the victim knew her assailants and how she came to be at Brewster’s home, Porter said.

White Pedophile celeb wants special treatment

White pedophiles are known to go to poor countries to engage in such crimes. Glitter should receive no special treatment and should be jailed forever in Vietnam, or sent back to Britain where such crimes are acceptable.

glitt.jpg

BRITISH pop singer Gary Glitter, jailed in Vietnam for child molestation, will ask the communist government to free him later this month in an amnesty.

The disgraced 1970s pop star has been behind bars since late 2005 and was sentenced to three years’ jail in March 2006 for committing obscene acts with two girls, then aged 11 and 12, in a southern Vietnamese resort town.

“I hope Glitter will be given amnesty later this month to mark national day on September 2,” Glitter’s lawyer Le Thanh Kinh said.

“Glitter’s case will be considered and sent to the Central Amnesty Council, and I think he will be on the list (of people to be granted amnesty).”

The 63-year-old faded pop star, whose real name is Paul Francis Gadd, received a three-month term reduction in February to mark the traditional Tet lunar new year, moving his official release date forward to August 2008.

Vietnam’s President Nguyen Minh Triet said this week some prisoners would be amnestied by the central government to mark national day, after several provinces amnestied inmates last week, state media reported.

To be eligible, prisoners must show they have made “good progress in re-education” and must have served at least half of their terms.

By the end of this month, the lawyer said, Glitter would have served two thirds of his sentence, including pre-trial detention, and would potentially qualify for early release.

“He has obeyed prison rules and has compensated the victims,” Mr Kinh said.

“I really think he may be freed later this month.”

Glitter, a former “glam rocker” once famed in Britain for his flamboyant bouffant wigs and silver jumpsuits, had several hits in the 1970s including I’m The Leader Of The Gang (I Am!) and Do You Wanna Touch Me?

He fell from grace when a British court jailed him in 1999 for possession of child pornography. He served half of a four-month term and then left Britain.

Glitter lived in several other countries including Cambodia, where he was pursued by the British media, and from where he was expelled in 2002.

He was arrested at Ho Chi Minh City airport in November 2005 as he tried to leave Vietnam. After his arrest, Glitter, who has denied the charges, paid $US2000 ($2431) in compensation to the family of each victim.

He was not charged with child rape, which carries the death penalty.

A dirty old conservative white man

artcraigmugshotmapd.jpgFighting for conservative values and getting some on the gay side. Are all white men predisposed to this sort of behavior?

LONG-SERVING Republican Senator Larry Craig of Idaho, embroiled in a sex scandal and lacking support from his party, said he will resign from the US Senate.

“To Idahoans I represent, to my staff, to my Senate colleagues, but most importantly to my wife and family, I apologise for what I have caused,” Mr Craig, 62, said.

“I am deeply sorry.”

The three-term senator will step down September 30.

The departure capped a week of controversy for Republicans, already reeling from ethics problems, with the disclosure Mr Craig had pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge in an undercover investigation of lewd behavior in a men’s airport restroom.

Republican Idaho Governor C.L. “Butch” Otter will pick a successor to complete Mr Craig’s term, which runs through next year.

He was expected to choose a Republican and maintain the current 51-49 Democratic control of the Senate.

Mr Craig, who was elected to the Senate in 1990, is ending his career after the revelations on Monday of his guilty plea.

He was arrested June 11 at the Minneapolis-St. Paul airport restroom, where police were targeting public sex.

Mr Craig was in the airport on the way to Washington that day.

Mr Craig said he regretted pleading guilty to the misdemeanor while maintaining he did nothing wrong.

“I am not gay, I never have been gay,” he said on Tuesday, with his wife at his side.

They have three children.

Previous allegations

Sporadically during his Washington career, which began in the US House of Representatives in 1981, Mr Craig found himself denying allegations he was a homosexual.

At the same time, the conservative senator opposed gay rights, and voted in favor of an amendment to the US Constitution to define marriage as a union between one man and one woman.

Yesterday, Mr Craig said he felt he should resign from the Senate to pursue legal options in the case.

“The people of Idaho deserve a senator who can devote 100 per cent of the time and effort to the critical issues of our state and of our nation,” he said.

“I have little control over what people choose to believe, but clearing my name is important to me and my family.”

Abandoned by party

Mr Craig saw much of his party abandon him during the week as Republicans sought to distance themselves from the scandal.

Top Senate Republicans called for a Senate Ethics Committee probe of Craig and asked him to step down temporarily from his key committee assignments.

Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky in a statement said Mr Craig “made a difficult decision, but the right one.

“It is my hope he will be remembered not for this, but for his three decades of dedicated public service.”

At the news conference, Mr Craig thanked the several officials who appeared with him on the podium, adding, “For any public official at this moment in time to be standing with Larry Craig is in itself a humbling experience.”

The Republican National Committee was on the verge of urging Mr Craig to step down on Friday and top Idaho Republicans also urged him to quit, a party aide said.

“He has been forced out, essentially,” the aide said on condition of anonymity.

“This is what we all want.”

Wracked by scandals

Democrats won control of Congress in last year’s elections partly because of Republican scandals, including bribery and one lawmaker making unwanted advances on teenage interns.

Republicans have been wracked by more scandals this year, including an investigation of Senator Ted Stevens of Alaska, the longest-serving Republican in Senate history, and by Louisiana Senator David Vitter’s admission of a “serious sin” after he was linked to an escort service that police described as a prostitution ring.

Andy’s dick

COLUMBUS, Ohio – David Stroupe said it was one of the worst experiences with a performer in the history of the Funny Bone Comedy Club.

AndyHe was referring to Andy Dick, a former co-star on the 1990s sitcom “NewsRadio,” who appeared at the Funny Bone last weekend.

Stroupe, the club’s managing partner, said the 41-year-old actor-comedian made inappropriate comments while on stage, groped patrons, took women into the men’s room and urinated on the floor and on at least one person.

A limousine driver was to meet Dick early Monday morning at a hotel near the club, Stroupe said, but he couldn’t be found and missed that morning’s flight to Los Angeles.

Dick was across town, where he was issued a citation for urinating on the sidewalk by Columbus policeman John Fantin. Police eventually escorted Dick back to the hotel, Stroupe said.

Dick’s manager, Max Burgos, did not immediately respond Friday to phone and e-mail messages by The Associated Press seeking comment.

Dick is scheduled to appear Thursday in Franklin County Municipal Court, but instead could pay a $126 fine and court costs for the misdemeanor offense, a court employee said.
