The problem lies in their own nihilistic belief of racial superiority and the lack of a real sustainable culture based on higher principles of tolerance and respect.
The white race must be pacified and civilized for the betterment of the planet. This will become a reality as enlightened whites shed their racist heritage and rejoin the human race as equals.

The website is intriguing, and I look forward to directing certain bigots that I know to it; it’s a great demonstration that the sort of selective, twisted reasoning that THEY usually employ to support their contention that non-whites are stupid or predisposed to criminal behavior, addiction, sexual depravity, violence, etc., etc. GOES BOTH WAYS…really easily. That hardly speaks well for most of the arguments on this website, I’m sorry to say. Don’t you realize that you guys are taking your strategy directly from the playbook of the damned fascists you despise – the National Alliance, the Klan, the Aryan Nation, and pretty much every other organized racist movement going as far back in history as you want? It’s just not that difficult, especially with the Internet, to selectively catalogue example upon example “proving” that Whites are fundamentally Evil, or for that matter, that Black men all yearn to rape white women, that Mexicans steal, Poles are imbeciles, Arabs molest boys, Asians can’t drive…pick your stereotype, or hell, fabricate an entirely novel one, since you can find plenty of examples of pretty much ANYTHING, if you try. How about this: Of the 21 documented cases of individuals eating human flesh over the last 30 years, 16 of them were rugby players from Uruguay (remember the famous plane-crash in the Andes?). Therefore, the overwhelming majority of cannibals are from Uruguay…right? Or rugby-players are WAY more likely to eat your ass than, say, jai-alai players. These statements are not exactly false, but they are also utter bullshit without some other context. Don’t expect rational people to buy YOUR bullshit because you can produce a hundred or a thousand news clips that suggest it. You probably realize this, which would make the strategy plain dishonest. Anyway, it’s hardly necessary; you can EASILY support the case that racism is thriving nowadays, that preferences still exist for Whites in the job market, in the criminal justice system, in all sorts of arenas, despite all our supposed advances in social justice. But when you go ballistic and insist that all Crackers are skinny-dicked maniacs lusting for the blood of non-whites, you put yourself down on that moral low-ground with the cocksuckers who post shit on your site like Nazi slogans and their desire to “kill all monkey-faced niggers” and other such inflammatory bullshit. Be advised: There are a BUNCH of us out here who do not embrace either extreme, and that kind of rhetoric is simply a lamentable curiosity for us…as ill-founded as the nonsense spouted by the David Dukes and the Tom Metzgers out there. Of those of us who are white, do not presume that we must be a bunch of contemptible, guilt-consumed pacifists, either. We are proud to stand side by side with other rational, fair human beings, and we will call out racism when we encounter it, and then we will fight it, and accept the consequences of our convictions. Not that it means the death of racism in America, but hey, we DID put a Black President in office, and that’s a pretty big deal. Look, for the reason I gave earlier, I guess I’m glad there is a website that does what this one does, serving as a foil, at least, for the hundreds of other White Supremacist sites out there, but I still denounce your theme as I understand it- i.e., “Whitey is a creepy motherfucker”…even though your message is a little mixed, making some little allowance, anyway, for our humanity, and hey, thanks for the bone. Often enough, Whitey IS a creepy motherfucker, but do you really suppose he/we have a monopoly on bloodthirstiness? I’ve dwelt on this stuff for most of my adult life, and I STILL lack definitive answers to some really fundamental questions that seem to characterize a modern rift in thinking between our races…such as: What culpability, if any, do I bear for the crimes of my ancestors? A lot, none at all, something in-between? I’ve listened to cogent arguments for all these, and haven’t been convinced of any…but I’ve learned much from others in LISTENING, or so I hope. I suppose myself to be a pretty progressive cat, and there are all KINDS of cultural differences that baffle me on a daily basis. Guess what? That’s OK! There’s plenty I don’t get about Italian American culture, or Canadians. So what? It hardly means they’re all stupid, and I sure don’t want to kill any of them. Mostly, we’re all the same in one respect at least- we all get a case of the ass when confronted with discourtesy or dickhead behavior, whatever the race of the person perpetrating it. Sadly, in Georgia, at least, there’s no shortage of dickheads, from charcoal-black to vampire-white. The malady afflicts everyone.

LAFAYETTE, Ind. – The child molester whose murder of a 10-year-old boy led to the creation of the Indiana sex offender registry will be resentenced to life in prison without parole after his death sentence was overturned.
Christopher M. Stevens, 37, of Cloverdale agreed to the sentence during a meeting Tuesday night in Tippecanoe Superior Court. He will be formally sentenced Nov. 23 in Lafayette.
Stevens was sentenced to death for the 1993 murder of Zachary Snider of Cloverdale. But a federal appeals court set aside the death penalty in 2007 and let the murder conviction stand after determining that defense lawyers at the original trial hadn’t presented adequate evidence of his mental illness.
A new penalty phase trial had been set for February, but Zachary’s parents agreed to dropping pursuit of the death penalty.
“Our family has suffered enough and would like for this to be resolved once and for all,” Todd Snider, Zachary’s father, said in a written statement to the court. “This will give our family finality. Chris Stevens will die in prison and will never have the opportunity to destroy people’s lives again.”
Putnam County Prosecutor Tim Bookwalter said he believed Stevens likely would have been sentenced to death again, but he felt compelled to abide by the Sniders’ wishes.
“I believe it was probable that another jury would have given Mr. Stevens the death penalty, but it would have caused the Sniders to go through a lengthy jury trial, and then if convicted, a new set of appeals could have gone on another 10 years,” he said. “With the plea, this case is over. There are no more appeals and the Sniders should never have to deal with Stevens again.”
Stevens’ attorney, Joseph Cleary of Indianapolis, declined comment.
The 1993 murder led to the state Legislature’s passage the following year of Zachary’s Law, which requires convicted sex offenders living in Indiana to register with local law-enforcement agencies.
Authorities said Stevens, who had a prior conviction for child molestation, admitted that he strangled the boy because he had threatened to tell his parents that they had engaged in sexual acts.
“We talk about Stevens ad nauseam,” Bookwalter said. “What we should be thinking about is this 10-year-old kid who never got to get a driver’s license, go to a prom, meet a girl and get married. His life was just snuffed out.”

I was quite disheartened by this site when I stumbled across it. Fiona Pilkington, 38, set fire to her parked car on Oct. 24, 2007 while she and her severely disabled daughter, Francecca Hardwick, 18, known as Frankie, sat inside with the family’s pet rabbit, an inquest jury heard.
The women’s charred remains were found by a truck driver. The bodies were so badly burned that authorities had to use DNA samples to identify them.

Witnesses, including Pilkington’s mother, told the inquest in Leicestershire, England, that the single mother and her two children were repeatedly harassed in an ordeal that lasted more than a decade. The witnesses said a gang of “street kids,” some as young as 10, tormented the family for simply “existing,” The Times of London said.
The gang members threw flour, eggs and stones at the family’s home in Barwell, Leicestershire, smashed windows and shouted obscenities, the inquest heard. They shouted at Frankie to lift up her nightgown. They thrust fireworks through the family’s letterbox. They urinated against the home’s walls. When Frankie tried to go for a walk with her mother, they followed her, imitating her unusual gait.
Pilkington’s son, Anthony, who had severe dyslexia, was locked in a shed at knifepoint and beaten with a metal bar, the inquest was told, according to the Daily Mail.
Anthony, now 19, was with his grandparents on the night his mother and Frankie died in the fire.
Pilkington, who was a full-time caregiver to her children, called police more than 30 times in the seven years before her death, but no action was taken. At one point, police told Pilkington that she was “overreacting,” the inquest heard.

On Friday, the second day of the inquest, Assistant Deputy Coroner Olivia Davison demanded to know why “common sense and basic old-fashioned policing” had not prevailed.
“It seems to me that , given the history and the context of the abuse, it would not have been anti-social behavior but a crime because we had people being hounded in their own house,” she said.
Pilkington’s mother, Pamela Cassell, 72, said that her daughter had been especially dreading the approach of Halloween, when the local youths upped their harassment of the family.
Pilkington left five letters addressed to family members, the Leicester Mercury said. In one, which was read at the inquest, she said: “11 years of misery, no wonder my hair is coming out. What do to? Take another 11 years of criminal damage and years of abuse? What do I have to do to get my street back to a normal one so people can go out at night?”

A woman who described herself as a former stripper in Miami has filed a petition for a restraining order against a South Florida priest, who she now claims fathered her baby.
The woman, Beatrice Hernandez, told CBS4 News that she was a dancer at a Miami strip club, Porky’s. She said she met Father David Dueppen at that strip club and started a relationship shortly thereafter.
Early this year, Hernandez had a baby and demanded Dueppen take DNA paternity tests, according to court documents obtained by CBS4 News. But, in the restraining order petition, Hernandez said that after several attempts for a DNA test, “the [priest's] rage escalated as he attacked [Hernandez], grabbing her by the throat and choking her.”
“I’m afraid. I’m on the street. I’m running from people,” Hernandez told CBS4’s Jim DeFede over the phone. “David said to me that if I go to the media, he would make me disappear and take my baby.”
Dueppen last served as an associate priest at St. Maximilian Kolbe Church in Pembroke Pines. He has been on administrative leave for one month, according to Miami Archdiocese spokeswoman Mary Ross Agosta.
“It was a leave he requested. He is not assigned a parish right now,” Agosta told CBS4 News. She said Dueppen asked for the leave “for personal reasons.”
Agosta also confirmed that Dueppen was once the pastor at the same church in Miami Beach recently led by Father Alberto Cutié, the popular television personality who paparazzi cameras caught in an embrace with a woman on the beach.
Dueppen has also been in the news before. In 2006, The Miami Herald printed an article stating that a woman said she was abused in 2005 by Dueppen. It’s unclear whether that woman is Hernandez, but the Archdiocese did confirm that a financial payment was made to Beatrice Hernandez in 2006.
“It was not hush money. There was a relationship that was an inappropriate relationship between Ms. Hernandez and Father Dueppen,” said Agosta.
Asked if it was a sexual relationship, Agosta said: it was “a breach of a fiduciary relationship.”

Authorities combed Washington state for Phillip Paul, a killer who escaped Thursday during a field trip.
1 of 2 Phillip Paul’s capture came three days after he escaped in Spokane County, Washington. After escaping, he was the subject of a massive manhunt.
Details of the capture weren’t immediately available.
Though Paul had been confined in a mental institution because of a murder confession, he was allowed to be part of Thursday’s trip to a county fair.
Paul, 47, escaped from the fair around noon Thursday, bringing criticism from many, including state government officials.
Sheriff’s officials told CNN affiliate KREM-TV that Paul also escaped briefly in 1991 and assaulted a law enforcement officer.
A review of the policy that allows patients to take trips has been launched, said Susan Dreyfus, secretary of the state’s Department of Social and Health Services. Dreyfus said she was concerned about Paul’s escape and another recent brief escape by a patient at a different local mental facility.

(CNN) — Texas authorities on Sunday were searching for a convicted burglar who escaped from a medical facility by rappelling off the building using a string of bedsheets, officials said.
Joshua Duane Barnes, 21, was serving 35 years in prison for several convictions, including two escape charges.
Joshua Duane Barnes, 21, was last seen at 8:15 p.m. Saturday on the seventh floor of a Texas Department of Criminal Justice medical facility in Galveston, Texas, said TDCJ spokesman Jason Clark.
Fifteen minutes later, Barnes was gone, Clark told CNN.
Security officers noticed there was a hole in the wall and a vent had been removed.
According to Clark, Barnes busted a hole through a wall in his room and then broke through a thick window.
He apparently tied bedsheets together, rappelled down the side of the building to a roof, and then jumped to the ground, Clark said.
Barnes was serving 35 years in prison for several felony convictions, including seven burglary charges, two escape charges and an aggravated assault charge in the Texas Panhandle area, according to a TDCJ press release.

MIAMI — Convicted child rapist and murderer Mark Dean Schwab was put to death Tuesday at Florida State Prison, the state’s first execution since a botched lethal injection 18 months ago raised concern that a condemned man had endured a “cruel and unusual” ordeal.
Schwab, 39, was executed for the rape and murder of 11-year-old Junny Rios-Martinez of Cocoa. He killed the boy in April 1991, just a month after early release from a previous prison term for sexually assaulting a 13-year-old boy.

Mother Thanks Killer for Coming Forward

CORVALLIS, Ore. (Sept. 22) – After more than five years of uncertainty, Cammy Wilberger says she is grateful the man arrested in her daughter’s abduction finally admitted his guilt and led police to her body.
The mother of 19-year-old Brooke Wilberger spoke briefly Monday at a news conference in Corvallis, where Benton County District Attorney John Haroldson announced that Joel Courtney had pleaded guilty to aggravated murder and would spend life in prison without any possibility of release.
“It might be hard for you to understand, but at this time we really feel gratitude, even to Mr. Courtney,” Cammy Wilberger said. “We are thankful that justice is served and he will have no opportunity for parole. Now he can go on with what’s left of his life.”
The mother of an Oregon teenager whose remains were found five years after she disappeared, said Monday that she was grateful to the man who admitted guilt in her daughter’s murder and led police to her body.

More than five years after Brooke Wilberger disappeared, a man pleaded guilty to her murder and led police to her body. Wilberger, 19, had just completed her freshman year at Brigham Young University when she vanished on May 24, 2004, from an apartment complex managed by her sister near the Oregon State University campus in Corvallis. Police said Wilberger was grabbed as she worked at a summer job, scrubbing lighting fixtures outside the building. Only her flip-flops were left behind.
Courtney, 43, admitted this past weekend that he abducted Brooke Wilberger at knifepoint from the parking lot of an apartment complex in Corvallis in May 2004, bound her with duct tape, raped her and then bludgeoned her to death before hiding her body in the rugged and remote reaches of the Oregon Coast Range.
“He abducted her, he raped her, he murdered her and left her body in the woods,” Haroldson said.
Wilberger, who grew up in Oregon near Eugene, had just finished her freshman year at Brigham Young University in Utah. She was washing and repairing lighting fixtures outside the apartment building her sister managed near Oregon State University in Corvallis.
Haroldson said Courtney blocked Wilberger into the parking lot with his van, and waved an envelope at her to trick her into approaching before he grabbed her.
All that was left behind were her flip-flop sandals and the recollections of her screams heard by people in the apartments.
“It was a parent’s absolute worst nightmare,” Haroldson said.
Courtney also admitted he tried to abduct two other young women near Oregon State University the same day, but both became alarmed and were able to avoid being taken.
Haroldson said that Courtney has never apologized or shown any remorse.
Even though the plea deal that took a potential death penalty off the table “was not an easy decision,” Haroldson said it spares the Wilberger family years of court appeals and provided them with closure by finally locating their daughter’s remains.
Haroldson called it a “bittersweet day” but said it also gives the community some relief from a long and expensive trial that would have dredged up painful memories for everyone involved in the massive search for Wilberger.
Defense attorneys contacted prosecutors last Friday, and Courtney pleaded guilty to aggravated murder on Monday in Marion County Circuit Court in Salem after providing information that led police to Wilberger’s remains.
The exact location was not disclosed because investigators had not completed their recovery, Haroldson said.
In addition to his confession, police had DNA from both Courtney and Wilberger taken from Courtney’s van, along with strands of Wilberger’s hair.
Courtney was convicted of kidnapping and rape for a similar crime in 2004 in New Mexico. But in that case, the University of New Mexico foreign exchange student who was attacked was able to escape and later identify Courtney after she was taken at knifepoint, stripped naked and raped.
Courtney had a history of violence and sex offenses.
His sister told investigators Courtney began using drugs at age 11, developed an interest in Satanism by the age of 15, and once had to be hit over the head with a clock to prevent him from raping her.
He served time in jail in Oregon for a 1991 sex abuse conviction in Washington County, the suburban Portland area where he grew up.
He spent much of his adult life moving around, including Alaska, Florida and New Mexico, working at times as a fisherman, mechanic and janitor.
He eventually married and settled in Rio Rancho, N.M., an Albuquerque suburb.
As part of the plea deal announced on Monday, Courtney will be returned to New Mexico to serve the remainder of his 18-year sentence there, and then will be returned to Oregon to serve the life sentence.

BEASON, Ill. — .Logan County officials are investigating what appears to be a mass murder.
Five members of the Raymond Gee family of Beason were found murdered inside their residence Monday afternoon, Logan County Sheriff Steve Nichols said Tuesday. Authorities received a call to the Gee residence at approximately 4:30 p.m. Monday.
“This is a brutal homicide against an entire family,” said Nichols. “We are determined to identify and arrest those responsible.”
Nichols identified the deceased family members, with approximate ages, as Raymond “Rick” Gee, 46, Ruth Gee, 39, Austin Gee, 11, Justina Constant, 16, and Dillen Constant, 14. The surviving victim was a toddler, a 3-year-old girl. She was airlifted to a Peoria hospital for treatment of unspecified wounds.
Raymond Gee was the owner of Gee Construction of Beason. Beason, a town of about 200, is about 10 miles east of Lincoln.
As Beason’s postmaster for the last nine years, Jodie Duncan knows all the town’s children, including Justina, Dillen and Austin.
“This is their candy spot,” Duncan said Tuesday afternoon. Plus, it’s where the children would gather before the bus arrived to take them to school in Lincoln.
“Justina, I didn’t see her in the morning, because she was at the high school and the high school bus comes before I get here (about 7:15 a.m.) But I’d see her in the afternoon when she got off (the bus) and she recently got a boyfriend about a month ago,” Duncan recalled. “She was all excited about that, it was her first boyfriend.
“She was one of the sweetest girls,” Duncan added. “Real quiet, but I mean, get her talking and get her and ask her about her boyfriend and there’d she go.”
Dillen and Austin would beat Duncan to the post office each morning, and Duncan said Austin liked to do his homework while waiting for the bus to arrive.
“My wife wanted to adopt him, he had this cute, curly blonde hair” rural mail carrier Bear Edwards said. His wife works in the cafeteria at Chester-East Lincoln Elementary where Austin attended.
“His voice was almost like a twang, it had a southern drawl to it. I loved to hear him talk,” Duncan said. Both he and Dillen were good kids, she said.
“Dillen was all boy and liked mischief like most boys do. He wrestled last year for the junior high. He did really good his first year and was excited about wrestling again this year. His goal was to go to state.”
The last time Duncan saw the children was on Friday before and after school. They were not at the bus stop Monday morning and by that afternoon they were found dead.
Duncan said the weight of what happened did not fully hit her until she arrived at the post office this morning, just a few blocks away from where the murders occurred, and saw no children standing there.
At a Tuesday afternoon prayer service at the Beason United Methodist Church, Pastor Dayle Badman urged the community to reach out to those affected, which means everybody in such a small town.
“This is a close community. Everybody knows everybody,” Badman said. “Everyone is shocked, they just can’t believe it’s happened.”
Badman said a sense of fear is shared within the community, saying nobody knows how it happened or why.
Authorities said they have no suspects. An autopsy was scheduled for Tuesday afternoon.

The Georgia man, who told police his family was dead in a frantic 911 call, is now charged with killing them.
22-year-old Guy Heinze Junior has been arrested on eight counts of murder in the slayings last weekend, in Brunswick, Georgia.
Seven of the people killed were his relatives; Heinze’s father, his aunt and uncle, and four cousins. His cousin’s boyfriend was also killed. They were all found in a mobile home.
A police spokesman said, “It’s the most heinous crime we’ve ever had in the community. I think we all know that. I think that speaks for itself.”
Police haven’t said how the people were killed or what evidence led them to arrest Heinze.

The eighth victim was a boyfriend of one of the cousins, and his funeral arrangements are pending.
“I know my brother didn’t do this. My brother has a conscience,” 16-year-old Tyler Heinze said outside the rural cemetery where seven caskets topped with roses were resting atop freshly dug graves.
“I can say there was drug involvement in the house, and I think somebody ripped somebody off and somebody needed to get their money back,” said Tyler Heinze, who once lived at the mobile home but had moved in with his stepfather before the killings.
“Maybe somebody in the house double-crossed someone. It could’ve been my brother who double-crossed somebody, and it could be part of his fault that somebody came in there and did this.”
Police have refused to say how the victims died or what evidence they have against Guy Heinze, who reported the gruesome scene to authorities Aug. 29 in a chilling 911 call. He frantically told a dispatcher “My whole family’s dead!” and said they appeared to have been beaten to death when he found them.
Heinze had been jailed soon after the slayings on charges of illegal possession of prescription drugs and marijuana, as well as lying to police and evidence tampering.
Tyler Heinze declined to speak in detail about drug use at the mobile home.
“I’m not going to sit here and ruin my family’s name,” he said. “I don’t want people to think my family was trash. They were hardworking people.”
The suspect worked construction jobs hanging drywall and wanted to be a truck driver like his father, said his grandfather, William Heinze. The family called the suspect “Little Guy,” until he outgrew his father.
“He loved his dad. I know in that 911 call that we heard on the news, he was devastated to find his dad dead like that,” the grandfather said. “I just can’t believe it, unless they really had some proof.”
Dozens gathered for the funeral at the Young’s Island Community Church of God in McIntosh County, about 20 miles north of the mobile home park where the slayings occurred in neighboring Glynn County.
The copper-colored casket of the family patriarch, 44-year-old Rusty Toler Sr., sat beneath a green tent with the coffins of his two sons — Russell Jr., 20, and Michael, 19 — on either side. In front of them were two white caskets containing Toler’s daughters, 22-year-old Chrissy and 15-year-old Michelle.
Beside the Toler men sat the caskets of Toler Sr.’s sister Brenda Gail Falagan, 49. Draped in an American flag, a nod to his prior Army service, was Guy Heinze Sr. He and Toler Sr. had been inseparable since childhood and referred to each other as brothers, though they were not blood relations, said Heinze Sr.’s father, William Heinze.
One victim, identified by police as Chrissy Toler’s 3-year-old son, Byron Jimerson Jr., survived with critical injuries and remained hospitalized in Savannah.
Joseph L. West, Chrissy Toler’s boyfriend and the eighth victim, had enlisted Heinze Jr. a few times to help work on his family’s shrimp boat, said Otis West, the slain man’s brother. He said he didn’t know Heinze well, but he seemed like “a good guy.”
“He didn’t seem like anybody who would do something like this,” West said Saturday. “But you never know.”
A friend who went to high school with the suspect in Brunswick said he kept to himself, but he was always nice and respectful. Ashley Strickland said she doesn’t believe Heinze is the killer.
“As far as I know, they’ve always been a very tight-knit family,” Strickland said. “They’ve had their fights but they’ve always made up.”
Clint Rowe, a family spokesman, said relatives were shocked by the arrest.
“It floored them,” said Rowe, an uncle by marriage to the four Toler children. “He was part of the family.”
Heinze Jr. was among 10 people living in the 980-square-foot home that Toler Sr., whom he considered an uncle, rented for $405 a month. A friend has said Toler Sr. took in relatives who were struggling to find work.
Glynn County Police Chief Matt Doering said two new pieces of information led authorities to charge Heinze late Friday but wouldn’t elaborate. The chief also declined to say whether police believe Heinze acted alone.
Heinze’s arrest warrant for the evidence tampering charge says he admitted removing a shotgun from the home and trying to hide it from police in the trunk of his car. He told police he thought the gun was stolen.
Heinze was released on bond on the lesser charges for about two hours Friday before he was charged with murder and arrested again.
Heinze’s attorney, Ron Harrison, didn’t return several phone calls Saturday, but he has said Heinze denied any part in the slayings.

Actress Mackenzie Phillips dropped the father of all bombshells – she admits to a long-term sexual affair with her own dad, Mamas and the Papas singer John Phillips, who died in 2001.

In a precedent-setting decision, the Anglican church made a secret out-of-court settlement of damages to an altar boy molested by a parish priest 4 years ago. REV. CHARLES GRIGGS, 61, former rector of St. Bede’s, near Winnipeg, pleaded guilty in 1986 to charges of molesting a 13 year old. He received a 2 year suspended sentence and was ordered to receive counseling. Anglican officials offered wide and glowing support for Griggs after his confession. An uproar resulted when Archbishop Walter Jones allowed Griggs to continue as rector following his conviction, saying Griggs’ confession of sin was sufficient repentance. Jones removed him from his post a month later. Griggs left the priesthood and lives in rural Manitoba. Molestings occurred after church services and at the priest’s home. The family says former diocese bishop Barry Valentine had received complaints about Griggs prior to assaults on their son, but did nothing. Bishop Valentine, now in Baltimore, MD, says he received ” only one ” complaint, and immediately removed him as director of a diocesan summer camp. The Anglican Journal editorialized: ” Similar incidents, just as serious, have received little or no publicity because ecclesiastical authorities have stepped in, quietly removed the priest from the parish, appeared with him in court and arranged for psychiatric help. But although such action protects the church’s image, it gives little public warning to priests of the consequences they face for a breach of trust, and nothing to alert society that it has an alarming problem in its midst.” (Anglican Journal, May 1989)

Between 60-102 tots were suspected victims of child sexual abuse by Hambright and others, but 2 investigations led to dismissal of charges. Five children had contracted chlamydia, a sexually transmitted disease. The Army daycare was closed. Parents have filed more than $60 million in claims against the Army alleging negligence led to sexual abuse of kids. The claims haven’t been heard. Hambright died maintaining his innocence, leaving an obituary rife with references to ” my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.” A Presidio spokesperson said none of the children have shown signs of AIDS. The father of a young child was raped by HEATH TURNER, 16, a childcare worker at the First United Methodist Church, Mount Dora, is suing the church for negligence. Turner was convicted of assaulting the child at a church with a toy boat, his finger, and ice. [2] The church’s youth minister, RALPH SMITH, who testified on Turner’s behalf, has since been charged with the indecent assault of a child. REV. JIM ” PAPA” CATER, 50 founder and head of Living World Church in Dickson Co., TN was indicted on 6 new counts of child sexual abuse, for a total of 56 charges. The crimes reportedly occurred at the church compound during April, May and June 1989. The state raided the church in June, taking 11 children into protective custody, ordering him to close his illegally operating residential child-care facility. Cater became a minister after converting while serving time in Florida for strong-armed robbery and forgery. His ministry specialized in helping recovering alcoholics & addicts. Following the arrests, he was injured in the county jail after inmates attacked him, calling him ” baby raper.” (Huntsville Times, 11/9/89)
JAMES ALLEN WELLER, 31, a day care teacher and youth counselor at Redeemer Lutheran Church, Redwood City, CA, was booked on 20 counts of child molestation, oral copulation, sexual battery and child exploitation. A counselor in another state contacted police after a boy reported being abused by Weller. Boys ages 13 to 17 told police he paid or tricked them into posing for pornographic photographs over the last 3 years. Weller was also a Boy Scout leader and coached a youth basketball team at the church. Church officials hired him even though they knew he was a convicted felon who had served 6 years in prison for bank fraud, and was on parole. (San Jose Mercury News, 12/2/89)
FATHER LUCIEN MEUNIER, 74, retired from a rural parish in British Columbia, was extradited from West Palm Beach to stand trial on charges of molesting 6 boys in the 1950s and 1960s. At least 7 boys and 1 girl have accused him of molestation when he worked as a parish priest in BC and Saskatchewan, sometimes at the church altar, in the rectory or church car. One victim said when Meunier fondled him, he ” talked of how God had given these beautiful things…to enjoy.”
” Father Meunier told me that it was God’s will that I should do this for him, and that it was just like a confessional where no one is supposed to tell anyone,” the man wrote in a sworn statement. After performing oral sex on the boy, ” he would then say short little prayers of praise.” Another man signed a statement that Meunier molested him at a table just before the family gathered for dinner.

BRUCE RITTER, 62, founder of a $85-million-a-year fundraising operation called Covenant House, was accused by a benefactor of having sexual relations with him, and improperly spending $25,000 of program money on him. The Manhattan DA is investigating charges. After a search by Covenant House, a Texas college professor came forward saying the accuser is his son — a ” pathological liar ” with a personality disorder. Covenant House operates in about 15 US and Canadian cities and 4 Central American countries, sending blue-and-white vans into the streets looking for young runaways. Ritter has been honored recently by Ronald Reagan and Pres. Bush, as well as being mentioned in a 1984 State of the Union address. Ritter admits he took several trips with his accuser, Kevin Lee Kite, spending nights alone with him. He called that an ” almost unforgivable ” lapse in judgment. He says he has shared his rooms with hundreds of runaway youths over the last 20 years. Covenant House has been criticized for ineffectiveness, and for its ” mentor ” program whereby staff spend free time with kids, inviting troubled youth home with them.
” The mentors are encouraged to take the kids home and treat them as their own children,” said spokesperson John Kells. Ritter says an audit proves Covenant House spent ” only” $9,800 to house, employ and help educate Kite, lower than the average of $15,000 (!) usually spent on a case. (AP) A small group of homeless sex offenders have set up camp in a densely wooded area behind a suburban Atlanta office park, directed there by probation officers who say it’s a place of last resort for those with nowhere else to go.
Nine sex offenders live in tents surrounding a makeshift fire pit in the trees behind a towering “no trespassing” sign, waiting out their probation sentences as they face numerous living restrictions under one of the nation’s toughest sex offender policies.
“It’s kind of like a mind-game, it’s like ‘Survivor,”‘ said William Hawkins, a 34-year-old who said he was directed to the campsite two weeks ago after being released from prison for violating probation by failing to register as a sex offender in Georgia.
The muddy camp on the outskirts of prosperous Cobb County is an unintended consequence of Georgia law, which bans the state’s 16,000 sex offenders from living, working or loitering within 1,000 feet of schools, churches, parks and other spots where children gather.
It’s not the only place in Cobb County where offenders can live – there are hundreds of other sex offenders throughout the county living in compliance with the law. But Ahmed Holt, manager of the state’s sex offender administration unit, calls the camp a “last resort” for homeless offenders who can’t find another place to live that complies with the law.
He said probation officers direct them to the outpost if other options fail, such as transferring to another county or state or sending them to a relative’s place that meets the requirements. Homeless shelters and halfway houses are often not an option, he said, because of the restrictions that bar them from being near children.
Critics say it’s an example of how laws designed to keep Georgia’s children out of harm’s way create a hazard where penniless sex offenders live largely unsupervised at the government’s urging.
“The state needs to find a responsible way to deal with this problem,” said Sarah Geraghty, an attorney with the Atlanta-based Southern Center for Human Rights who represents another man living in the camp. “Requiring people to live like animals in the woods is both inhumane and a terrible idea for public safety.”
The outpost also illustrates the unique dilemma the law creates for homeless sex offenders, who unlike other homeless people, cannot take shelter in a church or curl up in a park because they are barred from both.
Geraghty said she has found only one homeless shelter in the state that meets the residency requirements for homeless sex offenders. The shelter, she said, is in the northwest Georgia city of Rome and has only two beds, which are often unavailable.
The tent city is similar to one in south Florida, where dozens of sex offenders moved under a remote bridge because it was among the few places that complied with local ordinances. Florida officials say the sex offenders found the bridge on their own, while some residents of the camp dispute that.
In Georgia, however, Holt said state probation officers have directed homeless offenders into the woods.
“While having an offender located in a camp area is not ideal, the greater threat lies in homeless offenders that are not a specified location and eventually absconding supervision with their whereabouts unknown,” he said.
Several of the sex offenders in the camp said they did a double-take when their probation officers told them about the outpost.
“Even the probation officer, he looked at me and said there’s nothing he can do,” said Levertice Johnson, a 52-year-old who moved to the woods after he couldn’t find a job and couldn’t afford $60 a week for rent at an Atlanta shelter. “He knows it’s wrong.”
Holt said the sex offenders at the camp were monitored closely by their probation officials, adding public safety is a chief concern. He said sex offenders at the site are required to report once a week and the office sends a field agent to the camp at least twice a week.
He added two of the sex offenders at the camp have landed jobs and are now moving toward more permanent housing, which he said is the department’s “goal for all the offenders residing at this location.”
Some of the homeless sex offenders living in the woods say the rugged conditions make life seem hopeless.
“I’m living like an animal. It’s just bad,” said Johnson, who was convicted in 2002 of child molestation. “You can’t clean up, you can’t clean yourself, you can’t do nothing. I’d rather be dead. I’m serious. I’d rather be dead.”
For Hawkins, it feels like an extension of his prison time.
The former truck driver has been on the registry since he was convicted of attempted sexual battery of a 12-year-old in 1991 when he was 15. He said after he emerged from his latest stint behind bars without a place to live, he was directed to the forest despite pleas from his wife to allow him to live at the couple’s home in Swords Creek, Va.
“I don’t understand how the state gets away with it,” Mindy Hawkins said from her home in Virginia. “This is ridiculous – especially when he has a family, a home, a support system here. It’s inhumane.”
Her husband has tried to make the meager outpost feel as much like home as possible as he waits for his probation to end early next year.
He wakes up each morning to brew coffee on a donated gas grill tied to a tree near his tent, showers under a bag of water he fills up at the office park and then treks into the suburban sprawl to search for a job. At night, he prepares meals like “hobo stew” – rice, sausage and veggies – purchased with food stamps.
Hawkins and a few others have begun preparing for winter, with little hope that they will find an alternative place to live. They are gathering a supply of firewood to keep a blaze going for the coming cold and have requested warm clothes from their family.
“You just live for the day, you live for the moment,” said Hawkins. “It’s not living, though. It’s surviving.”

A newborn boy abducted by a woman posing as an immigration agent was again taken from his mother after a brief reunion, this time by state officials who said the baby and his three siblings would be safest with foster parents.
Rob Johnson, a spokesman for the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services, said the children were taken from their mother, Maria Gurrolla, “purely for safety reasons,” though he would not detail why they were in danger.
Johnson said officials made arrangements for Gurrolla to see her baby Saturday afternoon and hold him, four days after he was abducted. She brought her three other children — ages 3, 9 and 11 — to the reunion and all of the children were then taken into custody. Johnson, who said he could not discuss details of the situation for privacy reasons, said a judge would review the case next week to determine when the children can go home.

SALT LAKE CITY – At knifepoint, Elizabeth Smart was abducted from her girlhood bedroom, she said, then led to a secluded mountain campsite, where a self-proclaimed prophet made her his 14-year-old polygamous “wife” in a quickie ceremony.
“After that he proceeded to rape me,” Smart, now 21, said, sharing for the first time publicly her account of the ordeal.
Brian David Mitchell, a one-time street preacher, is accused of holding Smart captive for nine months. He has been behind bars since 2003 — mostly in a state mental hospital — but has yet to stand trial.
At a court proceeding held Thursday over whether Mitchell, 55, is mentally competent to stand trial, Smart provided the horrifying account of her 2002 abduction.
She testified that her captor raped her three or four times a day and threatened to kill her if she yelled or tried to escape. She was on the stand for nearly two hours, and her voice never wavered.
Asked by a prosecutor to describe Mitchell, Smart replied: “Evil, wicked, manipulative, stinky, slimy, greedy, selfish, not spiritual, not religious, not close to God.”
Smart was rescued in March 2003 after a motorist spotted her walking the streets of a Salt Lake City suburb with Mitchell and his wife, Wanda Eileen Barzee.
Twice Mitchell has been ruled mentally incompetent in state court, and he has often demonstrated bizarre behavior, including incessantly singing hymns in the courtroom and once yelling at a judge to repent.
A federal judge ruled earlier this week that Smart’s testimony is relevant to the question of Mitchell’s competency. Mitchell’s competency hearing is not set to begin until Nov. 30, but Smart testified early because she is going on a religious mission for the Mormon church in Paris.
In the days immediately following the 2002 kidnapping, Mitchell held Smart captive with the help of a 10-foot cable tethered to a line between two trees and bolted to her leg, she said.
“He told me he was a prophet,” Smart said under cross-examination by Mitchell’s lawyer. “He said he was the voice of God on Earth and that he would reign over God’s children until Jesus came.”
But she also said his religious revelations seemed to come only when he wanted something, or when he was trying to calm his wife. Smart said she believed Mitchell always knew that he could be punished for her kidnapping and understood how the court system worked.
She said he gave her an alias — Augustine Marshall — and told her what to say to police if they were ever questioned. He also bragged about skirting previous accusations of sexual abuse and fooling others, Smart said.
Never in nine months did Mitchell appear confused or out of control, Smart testified: “He was a very capable, intelligent human being.”
Smart had wanted to face her alleged tormentor Thursday, said her father, Ed Smart, but Mitchell was removed from the courtroom for disruptive behavior before Smart arrived. He watched the proceedings from a holding cell.
“She actually wanted to face him,” Ed Smart said. “She asked if he could be muzzled and sit and watch.”
Smart’s parents and other family members were in the courtroom to support her. Her father had already heard much of the story but said later outside court he had learned a few new details. He did not elaborate.
“I was absolutely amazed at her strength,” he said, his eyes teary. “I don’t know how she could have done a better job than she did.”
Smart said Mitchell showed her pornography and plied her with alcohol and drugs to lower her resistance to his sexual advances. Once, Smart said, she tried to fight Mitchell off by biting him. Smart said there was some respite — usually when Barzee became upset over Mitchell’s relationship with Smart — but it never lasted.
Mitchell is charged in state court with kidnapping and sexual assault. Last year, he was indicted on federal charges of kidnapping and transporting a minor across state lines. In both the state and federal cases, experts have split over Mitchell’s competency.
Mitchell’s lawyers maintain he is incompetent and suggested that evidence of his delusions can be found in his religious rambling and writings, including a 27-page manifesto he called “The Book of Emmanuel David Isaiah.”
Smart said he read from the book repeatedly during her captivity, often sang hymns and laced his conversations with religious language. Throughout her captivity, Smart was forced to wear a white, ankle-length robe, a head scarf and two veils across her face.

(CNN) — Elizabeth McCutchen and a friend were walking to book club two weeks ago in quaint Farmville, Virginia, when they strolled by a home on First Avenue. “Something smells dead,” her friend said.
Richard Samuel McCroskey has been arrested in connection with the killings of four people in Virginia.
1 of 2 They were thinking animal. A dog, a cat, something like that. They never imagined they were smelling the remains of massacred humans. It was Thursday, September 17. But another 24 hours would pass before police made the gruesome discovery.
Richard Samuel McCroskey III — a 20-year-old rapper in the underground genre of “Horrorcore” who sang of chopping people into pieces — has been arrested in connection with the slayings. The crime scene was so horrifying police would not even describe it, saying only that the victims died of blunt force trauma.
The victims were Mark Niederbrock, 50, the beloved pastor at Walker’s Presbyterian Church; his 16-year-old daughter, Emma Niederbrock; Melanie Wells, Emma’s 18-year-old friend from West Virginia; and Niederbrock’s estranged wife, Debra Kelley, 53, a professor at Longwood University.
McCroskey has been charged only in the killing of Mark Niederbrock. Police and the prosecutor’s office did not return repeated phone calls from CNN. But in late September, authorities said more charges are pending.
Emma was described as a fan of Horrorcore and had met McCroskey through their mutual affection for the little-known music genre. Police said she invited McCroskey to fly from his northern California home, stay with her in Virginia and then attend the Strictly for the Wicked Festival, a Horrorcore fest in Michigan featuring bands with names like Dismembered Fetus and Phrozen Body Boy.
Nobody saw what would come next.
The slayings have been the talk of Farmville, a town of 7,000 that is home to Longwood University and nearby Hampden-Sydney College. Senseless is the word you hear most.
It’s not just the macabre nature of the killings that has people talking. It’s the grotesque lyrics of the Horrorcore singer; it’s that it happened under their noses.
McCroskey is a young man with no criminal record who took delight in the blend of horror hip-hop that celebrated macabre killings. He went by the name Syko Sam. In one YouTube video, he holds a hatchet and sings about killing people and putting their remains in black bags: “Last night I was the murderous rage. Now, I gotta get rid of the bodies before the corpses start to get to rotting.”
Authorities have not specified when the Virginia killings occurred, but at 4 a.m. on Friday, September 18, tow-truck driver Elton Napier was called out to Poor House Road to help McCroskey, whose car was stuck.
Napier said McCroskey was wearing a black-hooded sweatshirt and “was really smelling bad, like real bad. I can’t describe it.”
McCroskey was driving Mark Niederbrock’s Honda. Napier said two sheriff’s deputies were at the scene and McCroskey was ticketed for driving without a license. At the time, authorities didn’t know the pastor had been slain.
When McCroskey hopped into Napier’s flatbed, the tow-truck driver said he started gagging from the odor and immediately rolled down the windows.
“I just held my head out the window so the wind would hit me in the face,” he said. “That was the stinkiest rascal I’ve ever smelled.”
Napier drove McCroskey about four miles to a convenience store. McCroskey told Napier he was visiting his girlfriend and her father lent him the car. McCroskey fetched a black bag from the Honda before they parted. Napier went inside to get a cup of coffee.
According to police, McCroskey eventually caught a cab to Richmond International Airport. By mid-afternoon that same day, police found the bodies at the home on First Avenue. McCroskey was arrested the next day at the airport, where he had spent the night
Sarah McCroskey of California told CNN-affiliate WWBT that her brother had been looking forward to his visit to Virginia for weeks. She mourned his arrest and struggled with the accusations against him. “I want to hear his voice. I am so concerned, so worried — not just for him [but] other people, other families involved dealing with this loss,” she said.

The community is still devastated by the events as it struggles to move forward. Memorial services were held over the weekend for Emma Niederbrock and her mother, Debra Kelley.
The Rev. Sylvia Meadows of Farmville United Methodist Church baptized Emma at age 5 and her father when he was an adult. The pastor said the church has invited an occult specialist to speak with members of the community to help them come to grips with the dark side of humanity.
“We have looked evil in the face and cannot deny that it exists,” Meadows said. “God is stronger than evil. God is bigger.”
Luther Glenn, a member of Walker’s Presbyterian Church where Niederbrock was pastor, took issue with McCroskey’s comment about Jesus telling him to act. “I think it’s deeply rooted in Satan, if you want to know the truth.”
Elizabeth McCutchen, who passed the First Avenue home some time after the slayings, said the killings have affected every fabric of the community: the churches, the colleges, and their youth.
“This is the kind of town that goes to the rescue of survivors, but there’s nobody [left] — we can’t do anything about it,” she said.

Handedness, criminality, and sexual offending
A very large database was used to investigate whether men with a history of criminality and/or sexual offending have a higher incidence of nonright-handedness (NRH) relative to a control sample of nonoffender men. The sample (N>8000) comprised interviews by investigators at the Kinsey Institute for Sex and Reproduction in Indiana. The general offender group and a subsample of sex offenders (e.g. pedophiles) had a significantly higher rate of NRH relative to the control (nonoffender) men. In addition, evidence was found that the general criminality/NRH relationship might result from increased educational difficulties that some nonright-handers experience. In contrast, education was unrelated to the handedness/pedophilia relationship, suggesting that there may be a different mechanism underlying the handedness/pedophile relationship than the handedness/(general) criminality relationship. Finally, as a cautionary note, it is stressed that the effects are small and that NRH should not be used as a marker of criminality.

WHY MOST SERIAL KILLERS ARE WHITE MEN
Buried beneath mounds of sociological data, certain quantities hole up waiting to be unearthed. Inconspicuous, they require a bit of digging to expose them. With analytical shovel in hand, La Griffe uncovers criminality distributions for white, black and Hispanic men. He offers two recipes for reducing the black-to-white incarceration ratio.
Remove the absurd from all that has been written about racial disparities, and what’s left can be set down in a few lines — those needed to write intelligence and criminality distributions.
Generally speaking, they are mostly like other men in the penitentiary population. They are in their 20s. They come from working class or poor backgrounds. There is nothing that really separates them from the more general category of criminal offenders except for what they have done. The crime identifies them but their characteristics are quite similar to the general penitentiary population.

3. What has been going on in United States race relations to make racial differences in imprisonment so much worse in the years after the Civil Rights Movement?
An odd pairing — serial murderers and racial disparities in imprisonment. Yet much of what follows describes a relation between the two.
Insomuch as the characteristics of serial killers resemble those of other criminals, we consider serial murder to lie on a continuum of criminality — albeit at the high end. By criminality we mean that collection of traits which when immoderately expressed leads to uncivil or criminal behavior, and in the extreme to incarceration. Aggressiveness, impulsivity, reckless disregard for safety, egocentricity, and callousness are some of these characteristics. Criminality, then, as we use the term, is a human quality independent of laws, courts or systems of criminal justice.
Some properties of criminality are at once evident:
1. In any population, a range of criminality is observed. Criminality is not a one-zero attribute.
2. Insofar as criminality is the result of many independent factors, its distribution will be approximately Gaussian in accord with the central limit theorem.
3. Criminality distributions in men and women, and in racial and ethnic groups differ from one another.
Criminality and diversity space
In the essay Intelligence, Gender and Race, we introduced the notion of diversity space, using the construct to characterize sex differences in the distribution of general intelligence. Here, the idea is extended to criminality and its variation in different populations.
In cognitive diversity space, rates of cognitive achievement are represented by an axis — one for each group. In criminality diversity space, incarceration replaces cognitive achievement.
The basic idea is that the incarceration rates of two groups, say A and B, are related parametrically by their criminality distributions, i.e.,
where fA and fB are the incarcerated fractions of Groups A and B, respectively; PA and PB are the corresponding criminality distributions; and Λ is the minimum criminality required for incarceration.
Figure 1 depicts the diversity space of hypothetical Groups A and B. The curves were generated from Equations 1 using Gaussian distributions of criminality and varying the parameters. Each curve corresponds to a specific choice of parameters.

Justice changes with the times. The tough-on-crime political climate of the past few decades caused prison populations to swell, but at different rates. Minority imprisonment grew fastest. As the gap between whites and minorities widened, tons of interpretive commentary were generated, and more than a few doctoral dissertations were spawned. The fact is, however, that incarceration rates precisely followed trajectories in diversity space predicted by Equations 1.
Incarceration rates are a window on criminality. When plotted in diversity space, the rates trace out a path belonging to the family of curves illustrated in Figure 1, and determined by underlying criminality distributions. Finding the distributions, then, is simply a matter of identifying which of the infinity of curves in the family has been traced out.
Incarceration statistics
The Bureau of Justice Statistics (BJS) assembles and makes public national incarceration data disaggregated by race and ethnicity. But raw incarceration rates are not suitable axes for diversity space. The problem with raw data is that they do not include ex-prisoners. Living ex-prisoners, however, are as important to the assessment of group criminality as the current crop. In 2001 former prisoners accounted for 77% of all adult U.S. residents who had ever been incarcerated. Omitting them from the analysis would seriously distort its outcome.
Another problem surfaces in periods of rapid demographic flux. Many prisoners are in the middle and terminal stages of long sentences. Fast growing groups like Hispanics have fewer such prisoners because their population was appreciably smaller when these sentences began. As a result, criminality in these groups may be underestimated.
Both difficulties can be overcome. For selected years between 1974 and 2001, BJS statisticians have estimated the number of people ever sentenced to State or Federal prison. The estimates, broken down by gender, race, ethnicity and age are reported in the BJS publication “Prevalence of Imprisonment in the U.S. Population, 1974-2001.” (Regrettably, no estimates were made for Asians.) Figure 2 is a graphical representation of the BJS data for adult black, Hispanic and white males.

A second BJS tabulation is also useful. From mortality and incarceration data, BJS demographers have estimated the lifetime likelihood of being confined at least once in a State or Federal prison. The estimates, for selected birth years between 1974 and 2001, disaggregated by race, ethnicity, age and sex can also be found in “Prevalence of Imprisonment in the U.S. Population, 1974-2001.”
Some extraordinary results emerged from the lifetime-likelihood calculations such as the conclusion that a black male born in 2001 has a 32 percent chance of being imprisoned at least once in his lifetime. Figure 3 displays, by birth year, lifetime likelihoods of incarceration for black, Hispanic and white males.

Criminality distributions
Parameters in the criminality distributions of white, Hispanic and black males were adjusted to find the trajectories in diversity space that best fit the BJS ever-incarcerated and lifetime-likelihood data. The procedure is described in the Appendix to Intelligence, Gender and Race. (Substitute “criminality” for “g,” and “incarceration rate” for “cognitive threshold” wherever these terms appear.)
Figure 4 shows the trajectory in black-white diversity space traced out by the BJS data together with the path predicted by Gaussian distributions of criminality. As is evident, the fit is excellent.

As seen above, in Figures 4 – 7, twenty-seven years and several kinds of incarceration data fall on a single curve in diversity space — one of the family of curves generated from Gaussian distributions of criminality. We infer from this that criminality distributions for white, black and Hispanic men have persisted unchanged for more than a quarter century.

Normalized criminality distributions for adult white, Hispanic and black males are shown in Figure 8. They are accurately drawn using the parameters in Table 1.

Profound differences between white and minority criminality distributions are evident in Figure 8. There is a white-black gap of 1.27 SD and a white-Hispanic gap of 1.02 SD (both in units of the white standard deviation). Also conspicuous is how narrow the minority distributions are compared to the white. The black-to-white variance ratio is just 0.458, and the Hispanic-to-white ratio is even smaller at 0.397. Black and Hispanic men form remarkably homogeneous groups, each displaying relatively modest variation within their ranks.
The contrast between white and minority variance is better visualized when viewed with a common origin (Figure 9).

Reducing the black/white disparity ratio
A standard way of gauging racial disparities in the criminal justice system is via the disparity ratio — the ratio of minority to white incarceration rates. Numerical values of the ratio vary depending on how incarceration rates are defined. Because we are concerned with criminality, meaningful rates must include former as well as current prisoners.
What happens to disparity ratios when general levels of incarceration change? Consider the black-to-white ratio. We have already established a relationship between white and black incarceration rates (Equations 1). Consequently, finding how a ratio of these two quantities varies with either rate it is a straightforward affair. Figure 10 shows how the disparity ratio is predicted to vary with white incarceration. The curve in Figure 10 was generated using the criminality-distribution parameters in Table 1.

Incarceration rates skyrocketed in the years for which we have suitable BJS data (1974 – 2001). But despite substantial increases in the prison population — white incarceration increased by 86% — the black/white disparity ratio held fast at 6.2 + 0.18.
Though the entire range of white incarceration, 0% to 100%, is formally possible, only a tiny part of this range is ever observed. Between 1974 and 2001, for example, the percentage of white men ever serving time in State or Federal prison varied from a low of 1.4% in 1974 to a high of 2.6% in 2001. Coincidentally, this range is where the black-to-white disparity ratio changes most slowly (Figure 11). At the levels of white incarceration seen between 1974 and 2001, the predicted dependence of the disparity ratio on white incarceration is almost flat. But the near constancy of the ratio is accidental. It is the result of the particular balance of crime and punishment extant in the U.S. between 1974 and 2001 that kept white incarceration within the bounds shown in the figure.

Like the man who looks around him and concludes the earth is flat, the criminologist is blind to what will happen if incarceration rates spread beyond the limited domain of his experience. He is unaware that the black-to-white disparity ratio peaks at about 6, and that either growing or shrinking the prison population should cause the ratio to drop. He cannot know these things because he has not had the benefit of a coherent theory that puts incarceration into statistical perspective.
To lower the disparity ratio, La Griffe offers two courses of action: Set the bar for incarceration so low that even jaywalkers are jailed. Or, set it so high that only murder would warrant imprisonment. Either way, dramatic reductions would ensue. If you are willing to settle for only a 50% drop in the disparity ratio, that could be achieved simply by adjusting the crime and punishment balance so that 28% of adult white males would be sentenced to prison. And, if that should prove too costly, 0.06% will achieve the same result.
We began this essay with three questions from Professors Oliver and Yocom.
Q. Why would the black-white disparity in imprisonment grow over time?
A. Actually, with former inmates included in the count, the black-white disparity ratio has remained remarkably constant. But its stability is accidental and therefore not significant.
Q. Why would the prison system become increasingly targeted on Black people?
A. Nothing suggesting targeting of black people matches the facts. When general levels of incarceration increase, black and white incarceration rates follow a path precisely accounted for by group criminality distributions. In the tough-on-crime environment of the past 30 years, incarceration grew across the board. As levels of imprisonment rose, black and white incarceration rates traced out a predictable trajectory in diversity space. Black imprisonment grew as predicted — approximately six times as fast as the white. (See Figure 4 or Figure 5.) None of this had anything to do with bias, racism, repressive injustice, racial profiling, political repression or the economy. It was an inevitable consequence of underlying group criminality distributions.
Q. What has been going on in United States race relations to make racial differences in imprisonment so much worse in the years after the Civil Rights Movement?
A. Since criminality distributions account quantitatively for racial disparities in imprisonment, I suppose one could argue that race relations have shaped the distributions, but La Griffe leaves that to those better schooled in the casuistic arts.
Serial killers
Serial murder lends itself nicely to the analytical methods developed here provided suitable data are available. Only a few systematic accounts of the race and ethnicity of serial killers exist. There is an exhaustive study of African American serial killers (Homicide Studies 2005; 9; 271) by criminologist Anthony Walsh, and also Eric W. Hickey’s book, Serial killers and their victims, Brooks/Cole, 1997. That’s about it.
Walsh identified 90 African American and 323 white American serial murderers, all men operating between 1945 and 2004. (Though Asians, Hispanics and Native Americans were not included in the study, their addition would not alter the fact that most serial killers are white men.) African American serial killers made up 22% of Walsh’s sample, a figure in close agreement Hickey’s enumeration. But, as blacks number well below 22% of the U.S. population, they are actually overrepresented among the ranks of serial killers — roughly by a factor of 2.
So, why are most serial killers white men? The short answer is that serial murder is primarily a male enterprise, and in the U.S. white men outnumber black men seven to one. The long answer, however, is instructive**.
The ratio of black to white criminal offenders generally increases with the progression from passive white collar crime to pernicious violent crime. In 2003, for example, blacks were imprisoned for violent crimes at approximately 7 times the per capita rate of whites, but only 4 times the white rate for property crimes. Serial murder, by any reckoning, ranks at the top of this progression. Consequently, black serial murderers should, per capita, outnumber their white counterparts by at least a factor of seven. In actuality, the factor is closer to two. The appropriate question, then, is not why most serial killers are white men, but rather why black men are only twice as likely as white men to be serial murderers. Criminality distributions provide the answer. The mean criminality of black males is almost 1.3 SD greater than the white. But, with a black-to-white variance ratio of 0.46, white men display much greater variability. A symmetric way to view this is in terms of black homogeneity rather than white variability. Either way, at the extraordinarily high level of criminality peculiar to the serial murderer, white representation increases. We explore this in more detail in the next section.
Hispanic serial killers
Though, data on Hispanic serial killers is scant, we have learned enough to make some predictions concerning them. We ask two questions: What is the minimum value of criminality in the population of serial killers? And, what percentage of white, black and Hispanic men achieve this criminality?
Consistent with Walsh’s black to white serial-killer ratio of 90/323, the minimum criminality, Co, of serial murderers will satisfy the following relation:
where (Nb /Nw) is the ratio of black to white men in the general population, and Pb and Pw are the normalized criminality distributions of black and white males, respectively. Inserting a value for (Nb /Nw) of 0.15 — approximately the historical average between 1945 and 2004 — we find (as expected) the minimum criminality in the serial-killer population is way out on the right tail of the bell curve, approximately 3.6 SD from the white mean. Transforming to units of the black standard deviation, we find the minimum criminality of serial killers falls 3.4 SD out from the black mean, and in units of the Hispanic standard deviation, a whopping 4.1 SD out from the Hispanic mean. This means that roughly 0.018 percent of adult white males, 0.033 percent of adult black males and 0.0025 percent of adult Hispanic males have values of criminality in the range of serial murderers. Using Census Bureau population estimates, the percentages translate to 13,000 white, 4,000 black, and 350 Hispanic adult males with criminality in serial-murderer territory. Many of them — bad hombres all — are locked up. Only a small fraction are actually serial killers. The numbers are upper bounds to the actual numbers of serial murderers. The small upper bound on the number of Hispanic serial killers should warm hearts in the Nation of Aztlán.
We looked for data to test this bound. Hickey examined a sample of 226 male serial killers for which race and ethnicity could be determined. He found 73% of the offenders were white, 22% African American, 3% Hispanic, 1% Asian, and 1% other. Our prediction that Hispanics constitute a very small fraction of serial murderers is confirmed. The ratio of white to Hispanic offenders in Hickey’s sample is 24 to 1. We would predict 37 to 1.
A final note
In the 45 years spanning 2005 to 2050, Census Bureau demographers estimate that the number of males 18 years and older will increase by these percentages: whites 8%, blacks 76%, and Hispanics 162%. We look forward to the decrease in per capita serial murder.

I just want to say that i’m black (african) I don’t live in America, and i have known a lot of people of different races and i know that race is a useless representation of the people we are. I am really just appaled by this website and these comments not because people are getting things off their chests and letting their true opinions loose behind the mask of the internet,but because of the way people feel the way they do. I find it so sad that people invest so much time into creating such clear cut lines between people based on race,(simply colour!) and actually have so much PASSION in their hatred for other races. Based on what? I bet most of you do not even know why. Generalisations are not fact. We are all the same, we all have the same tendencies and to try to distinguish ourselves from one another based on something so untelling like the colour of our skin simply because we want to fool ourselves that we have a right to superiority is so so completely useless. Far be it for me to say that Africa has had it easy, it hasn’t by ANY stretch of the imagination, but the same way that a North American cannot truly blindly impose well meaning advice to another group/country-especially one pretty different from it- without being aware of the culture,social context, and perspective(and other different things) in relation to another, an African can not do this on certain issues/some affairs when it comes to the U.S. completely accurately either. To be blunt, I think alot of Africans can not fully speak on this issue if they are not aware of certain things because they can’t fully relate to this not having had similar experience to the “same degree in terms of specifics”.They have not been in societies where they are a numerical minority.They have had the luxury(if no other luxury) of being the numerical majority. NOBODY OWES ANYONE ANYTHING EXCEPT for a common respect for your brothers and sisters, because WE ALL SHARE THE SAME INCREDIBLE PLANET.

I am and will continue to teach MY children to respect EVERYONE until they PERSONALLY wrong them. That nobody can control the path of their destiny but them, unless they let them. The Tishkoff Study Confirms All People Are of African Ancestry
The recently released groundbreaking genetic study by Sarah Tishkoff and her team of African, American and European researchers confirms and/or establishes three essential things about Africans, African-Americans and their evolutionary relationships with the rest of the populations of the world.
First of all, there can now be no doubt that approximately 200,000 years ago the human race had its origins in Africa. The true “Adam and Eve” were Black. This fact has been widely accepted in the scientific community for some time. But thanks to the Tishkoff team we can now pinpoint the place of origin to Southern Africa – near the current-day South African-Namibian border. From there ancient Africans migrated northeast until they reached roughly what is current-day Ethiopia.
From Ethiopia – at a point near the middle of the Red Sea – some of these early humans began leaving the African continent to populate the Middle East and Asia and then gradually spread next to Europe and finally to the Americas – probably across a land bridge which no longer exists.
Fundamentally, this confirms that all people on the planet Earth are ultimately of African ancestry – from the darkest-skinned person in the Congo to the lightest-skinned person in Sweden. Or as one of the researchers Muntaser Ibrahim of the department of molecular biology at the University of Khartoum in the Sudan phrased it, “Everybody’s history is part of African history because everybody came out of Africa.”
This conclusion is based on the scientific theory that the highest levels of genetic diversity are to be found in the populations which have been on Earth the longest because they have had the longest time to evolve and experience genetic changes. The study found that Africans are the most genetically diverse people on the planet and are thus the oldest or original people. Tishkoff, a geneticist at the University of Pennsylvania, explains, “Given the fact that modern humans arose in Africa, they [Africans] have had time to accumulate dramatic [genetic] changes.”
Second, the ten-year study also confirms the diversity (and implied vitality) of African Americans. The research covered 121 African populations, 60 non-African populations and four African American populations in Chicago, Baltimore, Pittsburgh and North Carolina. The conclusion: The genes which populate the bodies of the average American Black come from four primary sources: 71 percent from the Niger-Kordofanian people (language group) of West Africa; 13 to 15 percent from European ancestors; 8 percent from various other African people ranging from Angola to Senegal; and the remainder from various other peoples – African and non-African.
The only people with a higher level of mixed ancestry than American Blacks were the so-called “Cape-colored” of South Africa who are a blend of African, European, East Asian and South Indian ancestry. For American Blacks there is also a strong West Indian connection.
According to one of the researchers, during the slave trade, only 20 percent of Blacks were transported directly from Africa to America. The other 80 percent were sent to the West Indies to be what was called “seasoned” – brutalized into submission. However, among the Blacks transported directly to America, a few, such as the residents of the Sea Islands off Georgia and South Carolina, can trace their origins to specific regions of Africa such as Sierra Leone and Guinea. Other than these groups, it is extremely difficult to trace the ancestry of most African Americans to a specific people or tribe because the genetic mixture was so great.
Third, the ultimate goal of the study, as Tishkoff put it, was to set the stage “for future genetic studies, including studies of genetic and environmental risk factors for disease and drug response.” But thus far, says Tishkoff, the researchers have found that “Africans have the most diverse DNA and the fewest potentially harmful genetic mutations.”
By extrapolation, the above statement applies to American Blacks. In other words, they are genetically well evolved and adapted to survive on this planet. Thus, ailments and diseases are more likely to flow from social and environmental conditions along with the harm Blacks do to themselves rather than from any genetic weakness or abnormality. This is an extremely important point, especially when African Americans are constantly bombarded with articles about Blacks being two or three times more likely than whites to have some ailment or disease.
The truth is Black is original, diverse and well-evolved for success on planet Earth. The problem is most people think and behave in manner opposite of the truth.

Man allegedly propositioned teen daughter on Facebook
A Lancaster County man has been arrested and charged with sexually propositioning his estranged 13-year-old daughter on Facebook, officials said today.
The 39-year-old man was one of five alleged Internet predators recently arrested, including an an EMT from Philadelphia who sent nude photos and pornography to what he believed were 13-year old girls, the State Attorney General Tom Corbett announced.
The Inquirer is not identifying the Lancaster County man because his daughter shares his last name. The Inquirer does not identify alleged victims of sex crimes.
Corbett’s office provided the following account of the alleged crime:
The man, who lives in Lititz and had no contact with his daughter for 10 years, located her on Facebook and began sexually propositioning her, calling himself “Bad Daddy.”
The man proposed meeting the girl for sex and explained sex acts in graphic detail, telling her, “not many other fathers and daughters are this brave, so not many of them are so lucky to experience all these pleasures.”
The girl alerted her mother, who contacted the Ephrata Borough Police Department.
Agents from the Attorney General’s Child Predator Unit and Ephrata Police arrested the man when he arrived at a predetermined meeting location on Wednesday.
Agents seized a camera, tripod and an unopened box of condoms from his vehicle, along with a digital camera, camcorder, computers and data storage devices from his home.
The man is charged with one count of unlawful contact with a minor, a first-degree felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison and a $25,000 fine. He also is charged with one count of criminal attempted incest, a second-degree felony that carries a maximum 10-year prison term.
The Philadelphia EMT is identified as Michael E. Quartucci, 27, of 27, the 2500 block of West Girard Ave.
He is charged with sending nude photos and pornography to what he believed were 13-year old girls from Norristown and Pittsburgh but were instead undercover agents using online profiles of children.
He was arrested Sept. 14 and charged with 16 counts of unlawful contact with a minor (related to obscene or sexual materials) and one count of criminal use of a computer, all third-degree felonies each punishable by up to seven years in prison and a $15,000 fine.

Son Cameron Maxwell attended 9th grade at Village Christian Academy in Fayetteville and his sister Conner was a senior. The school is affiliated with Village Baptist Church. “We’re obviously very saddened by this tragic event and we’re really concentrating right now on just meeting the needs of the students and staff at the school,” said Lou Nelon, the church administrator. “Those kids were very well loved and respected. They were very well known here in town,” Nelon said.
In a neighborhood with well-manicured lawns where many houses sit on hill tops, a steady stream of cars drove by the house on Tuesday, slowing for drivers to gape at the crime scene.
Evelyn Diaz, a Maxwell neighbor for about a year, said she remembered the father and son working on the meticulously-kept lawn. One woman who said her husband coached basketball at Village Christian Academy with Maxwell came Tuesday to lay a bunch of yellow daisies on the lawn.
Suzie Martell, a neighbor and a student at Fayetteville Technical Community College, came by the house to snap some pictures with her cell phone. “The family was great. The husband obviously prospered in his field,” said Martell.
Fayetteville is about 50 miles southwest of Raleigh and home to the Army’s sprawling Fort Bragg.

I got news for you folks-much of the faults in the Western world and places where they have white ruling classes belong to the whites in charge there. In the U.S.,South Africa,Austrailia, and New Zealand-it was English descended whites with Dutch descendants thrown in. In like say, Argentina the folks there were Spanish descended and Spanish speaking whitefolks. All of whom had their foot on the neck of the Jews in these countries. Which makes it “that” much harder for them to be the cause of all the white world’s failing. Not to say that some are not guilty for wrongdoing but frankly that is beside the point since the Jews had backing in whatever wrongdoing they did by other white groups!So much so that the Jews did some of their wrongdoing as a matter of coercion by whites and survival. So the Celtic branch is related to the French, Russian, Greek, and even Hindi and Sanskrit.
